Salary Range: £33,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Multi-Skilled Operative with a strong background in facilities management to join our team in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals experienced in building maintenance to showcase their skills in a variety of tasks within both commercial and residential environments.
***MUST HAVE CITY & GUILDS (OR EQUIVALENT IN A RELEVANT SUBJECT) AND EXPERIENCE WORKING IN FM***
Duties:
- General maintenance duties including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and repairs
- Installation of shelves and window restrictors
- Procurement of materials and equipment
- Completion of work sheets via our mobile app
Requirements:
- Expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Minimum 5 years of experience facilities maintenance
- Hardworking, reliable work ethic with flexibility for overtime and out-of-hours work
- Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally in commercial or residential sectors
- Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) understanding
- Full UK Driver’s License (not essential)
- Previous use of handheld technology/smartphone
- City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach
